ProfileWith a rich tapestry of experience spanning four decades, my mision is to support women in gaining a variety of stress management skills to enable them to navigate life events and emotions with more ease, specializing in peri/meno/post-pause issues, particulary around sleep and anxiety. My journey began with a passion for dance and movement, leading me to become a qualified teacher in exercise to music fitness classes. This foundation blossomed into a 40-year commitment to teaching fitness pilates, a practice that harmonizes body and mind. Along side this, 30 years ago I qualified as a Stress Management and Relaxation teacher and then my path intertwined with the transformative power of EFT tapping, a technique I've honed over 20 years to help individuals release stress and unlock their potential. My qualifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and an Advanced Diploma in Eating Disorder Studies further enrich my understanding of the human psyche, equipping me to guide others with compassion and insight. I've run stress management workshops and courses to groups and individuals for 30 years, touching lives and helping people to foster resilience. My role as an occupational therapy associate within mental health settings deepened my commitment to creating safe, nurturing environments for growth. Known for my kind, empathetic approach, I believe in the profound impact of kindness and self-acceptance. I encourage women to move from stress into calm self-growth, empowering them to pursue their passions with vibrancy. Beyond my professional pursuits, I find solace in nature, walking through woodlands and by the sea, and embrace the rhythm of life through open water swimming, dancing, and music.
